About Me

Hello, I’m Julie— a Kinesiologist, HR professional, trainer and passionate advocate for wellbeing.

My journey began in 2003 when I qualified as a Kinesiologist, sparking a lifelong fascination with the extraordinary connection between the human mind and body. Over the years, I’ve pursued extensive additional training in anatomy, physiology, coaching, and mindfulness, constantly expanding my knowledge to better support others.

Alongside my wellbeing expertise, I am a qualified HR professional, holding an Associate Diploma in People Management (CIPD Level 5). I’m also a qualified assessor, Train the Trainer professional Mental Health First Aider, and Stress Management Consultant — giving me a unique blend of people management skills and deep health and wellbeing insight.

I provide 1-1 sessions, small group workshops, and corporate training courses designed to support both individuals and organisations. For businesses, my focus is on ensuring colleagues feel supported, engaged, and equipped to thrive — because when people flourish, so does the business.

One of my specialist areas is supporting individuals experiencing menopause symptoms, helping them navigate this transition with confidence, compassion, and practical strategies. I’m equally passionate about promoting mental health awareness and providing support to those facing challenges with their emotional wellbeing.

My mission is simple: to help people feel seen, understood, and empowered to take control of their health — in both mind and body.
