This interactive workshop explores practical strategies for recognising, understanding, and managing stress — both in daily life and in the workplace. Participants will learn how stress affects the body and mind, and leave with a personalised toolkit of techniques to promote calm, clarity, and focus.

  • Understanding the science of stress – what’s happening in the body and mind

  • Recognising early warning signs before stress becomes overwhelming

  • Simple, effective breathing and mindfulness techniques to restore calm

  • Time and priority management skills to reduce daily pressure

  • Healthy habits to build long-term resilience

  • How to create a more supportive work or home environment

 

Format:

  • Can be delivered as a 60–90 minute workshop or a half-day course

  • Suitable for individuals, small groups, or corporate teams
